This is a private Gitlab instance. I'm generally happy to give accounts to people within the SCD community, and especially the SCD-oriented software community, but I'm not at all interested in accommodating spammers and crackers. (If you're not a spammer or cracker you will hopefully sympathise.)

New accounts must be manually approved by me.
