Easier adding of videos

I do quite a lot of adding videos. After entering the data and clicking "add video" many more clicks are needed to approve it (return to dance, video tab, open the video, approve)

Request: alongside the "add video" button add a new one-click button, visible to editors only, "add and approve video".
