Template status in dance list change-type dialog

As a dance list owner, I want to be able to change the template status of a dance list in the change-type dialog, because the current method is too roundabout.

Currently, a dance list can be made into a template via the “Edit settings …” modal on the “Manage …” menu on the “Edit list” page. This is something of a hassle. It would be nicer if there was an “is template” checkbox alongside the type radio buttons on the “Change list type” dialog that is directly accessible from the list detail page.
