Fix: I18n fixes

This fixes a set of issues with I18n:

  • Pages with no entries led to strange crashes and 404 exceptions.
  • It was impossible to post English-language pages because the language selection menu had been omitted.
  • There was no support for English-language templates for invitation and reminder e-mails.
