Feature: Entry status

This replaces the draft attribute of Entry model instances with a status attribute that can take any of a number of values. We use this to introduce a private status for messages that are essentially reminders-to-self that only administrators can see and that will never be displayed to ordinary users.

In addition, we add a “Publish” button to the main entry page, as a convenience for authors who check that their entries look OK and then don't want to have to go back to the editing page to publish them.
